STRATEGI FUNDRAISING ZAKAT PADA LAZ NURUL FIKRI KALIMANTAN TENGAH

The peak of the increase in collection social funds by LAZ Nurul Fikri, Central Kalimantan, was when forest fire disaster and caused smog that hit various areas Kalimantan 2016. Fikri is widely known both itself from outside region. Since outbreak pandemic, has experienced a decline associations, but can still survive until now making changes to zakat management strategy, especially fundraising strategy. This study aims determine strategy implemented Kalimantan. research method used qualitative-descriptive research, then data processed triangulation method. results this indicate oriented muzakki segmentation, system undergone change direct fundraising, starting shift indirect since pandemic. There are nine main strategies for namely customer segment, value propositions, channels, revenue streams, relationships, key resources, activities, partnerships, cost structure.
